You can purchase all of our styles directly on our website. Go to the product of your choice and select the size. Once you have selected the size, tap the Add to cart button. If you want to add more products to your cart click on Continue Shopping or you can click on proceed to checkout. Next, you will need to enter your shipping and contact information. If you have a discount code or a gift card from us, please enter it in the box on the right-hand side and click apply. Proceed to Continue to Payment and choose a payment method to complete your order. You are all set!!! You will receive an order confirmation email with the order details. If you still have any questions chat with us drop us a message and our support team will get back to you.

Yes, we can cancel your pre-order if it has not been sent to the warehouse for processing. Please email us on support@baubax.com with the order number and our team will get back to you.
We understand that you may have re-located to a different address by the time we are ready to ship your order. We are able to change your address if your order has not been sent to our warehouse for processing. Please email us on support@baubax.com with the updated address and our team will update it for you.
As soon as our warehouse fulfills your order, you will receive an email notification which will be followed by a tracking link. We highly recommend you use an email that you frequently check.
If you have a BauBax jacket in your pre-order, we will process the jacket for shipping in 1-2 business days and the pre-order items will ship as per the estimated timeline given below. You will receive an email once the jacket has been processed for shipping. 1. Travel Pants/T-shirts - November 2019 2. Travel Shoes - January 2019.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and BauBax gift cards. We can only accept one form of payment per order—with the exception of using a the gift card as a partial payment.Answer
Shipping will be free if we have any offer running. The shipping charges will depend upon the destination country and the number of products in your order. To find out the shipping costs for your country, please add the required number of products to the cart and proceed to the checkout page which has the shipping calculator.
"Once the order is placed, we are not able to make any changes as the warehouse processes the order immediately. Please ensure you are filling the shipping details correctly. We request you to follow our return/exchange process if your order has already shipped. Kickstarter/Indiegogo backers - If your order is not yet processed, you can update your new address on your survey. If your country has changed, please reach out to us on support@baubax.com to make the necessary changes. Once the order is processed, we are not able to make any changes."

If your tracking says that the package is dropped off at the front door/porch, we suggest you check your mail box and with your neighbors and families first. If you still cannot find it, please do not hesitate to contact us on support@baubax.com
Orders placed in the clearance sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
The refund reflects in your account in 5 to 7 business days once it is processed.
Our Returns Center can take up to 14 business days from the time we receive the jacket(s) to process the return/exchange and issue a refund. If it has been more than 14 days, please email us on support@baubax.com with the tracking number.
If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please direct your exchange/refund inquiry to them. The retailer will have your financial/transaction information.
Currently, our prices are in USD for all stores. You can Google the currency rate from USD to your currency to get the latest rate.
Yes, if you have a Baubax gift card, you can use it to place your order. Just enter the 14 digit code at the time of checkout.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Payment has to be done when placing the order.
We have set algorithms and a software in place that gathers data about all the information that is provided to us. We do take everything into consideration before we give out a decision. Hence, our risk management team takes a little time to dig deep to connect all the dots to make sure it is not fraudulent order.
